So, I'm heading to our weekly staff lunch, cruising in the right lane after just making a right turn onto the street, when I approach an entrance-exit of the Tom Thumb lot. A car rolls out half-way into my lane, and I have to veer quickly to my left to avoid the Lexus, or Infiniti, or some black luxury car.
I know that as I swerved, I had a fairly exasperated look on my face, but the exasperation was directed at the situation, not so much at the driver.
Next thing I know, this car is inches from by back bumper, blows heinie around me, swerves, almost fishtailing, in front of me, comes to a near-complete stop at a traffic light as it's turning yellow, then speeds off as the light turns red, leaving me stopped there. Gotta admire the timing, if begrudgingly.
As the car drives off, I can see the right hand waving and gesturing wildly. I kinda doubt that was the two-fingered peace sign I saw flashing.
That driver was the one at fault after pulling out in front of me. But man, that's just how insane some people are in traffic, and elsewhere, for that matter.
Be afraid, and very cautious.

I honked at a vehicle backing out of the bank parking lot to keep them from backing into me. A red truck a few cars up the lot thought I was honking at them to hurry up. So they made it a point to just come to a near dead stop. When I took a detour to get around them they sped by me just to let me have the same hand jester that you got. I hate to honk at people or other cars, you never know what's going to come back at you. But some times it can't be avoided.

A guy I used to work with said he thought cars should have two horns. The first would be a cute little honk that meant, "Careful now, you might be backing into me." The second would be an obnoxious squawk, the aural equivalent of giving one the finger, reserved for the truly deserving.
