Ready for this weekend's White Rock Lake Festival? Well, if not, here are a few photos to whet your festival-going appetite.
The event takes place from 10 a.m. ‘til 8 p.m. tomorrow and Sunday at Boy Scout Hill, at the north end of the lake off the Big Thicket exit from Mockingbird Lane. It's organized by the White Rock Lake Foundation, which assists Dallas Park and Recreation in improving the lake areas and parks.
In addition to the rundown of events and such posted here yesterday, Dallas Animal Services will be out to offer dogs for adoption. Local restaurants, including Terilli's, Eat the World, Blue Goose, Greenville Bar and Grill, Cigars Pizza, The Wine Therapist, and Stoney's Wine & Spirits, will be on hand.
